Abstract

The tools and techniques already tried in the business sector must be applied to university administration, adapting them to its reality, calling them by their names without fear, and thoroughly respecting the institutions proper to the university world. People expect from social institutions a social balance mainly, but it is also necessary to ensure their self-sustainability and full development, a1ways looking for a greater, more important and decisive social impact.
