Abstract

The article begins with a reflection on the direct relation between Art and Game, taking into account the differences and similarities between their structure, principles and purposes. Emphasis is made on their potential for the formation of man, for his intellectual, social, aesthetic, and cultural development, stating a parallel based on aesthetic, ludic, ornamental, religious, and magical motivations, among others.
