The relation between art, education, and university education was the central topic of the discussion of six panelists from three universities: University Ricardo de Palma from Peru, La Sabana University and University of Antioquia from Colombia. It is worth mentioning the reflection about the professionals of the twenty first century and the generation of relevant knowledge that, from their area of specialty, contributes to the improvement of the standard of living of society. For reaching this, universities are faced with distinct challenges from the perspective of integral education; reinforcing cognitive and sensory perceptive processes and aesthetic-humanistic experiences will result in professionals completely open to the human exprssion.
