The relationship between knowledge, power and vision results in the leadership developed through the action and interaction of the people involved in education. The teacher-manager and the teacher demonstrate their leadership as they obtain effective and equitable solutions to the problems related to their job and as they create probable and desirable environments, choosing the best strategies and reducing uncertainty to the lowest level. School managers' and teachers' leadership must transcend and be evident in the improvement of the institution where they work as educators as well as in the generation of fundamental and stable changes. They do so by showing continuous improvement, by obtaining long lasting results, and by transferring knouvledge.
