Redes sociais como ferramenta para o fortalecimento do processo de ensino-aprendizagem

O estudo apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre o uso das redes sociais no fortalecimento da aprendizagem dos estudantes e sobre sua utilização como recursos educacionais. O objetivo é analisar sua contribuição para o fortalecimento da aprendizagem de estudantes de diferentes níveis de ensino. Para a seleção dos estudos, utilizou-se o protocolo PRISMA, com critérios de inclusão e exclusão aplicados à base de dados Scopus, a partir de um universo de 3.980 artigos publicados em inglês e espanhol. A análise dos 85 estudos selecionados revela que redes sociais como Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok e outras, quando utilizadas pedagogicamente, contribuem positivamente para a aprendizagem dos estudantes, principalmente por meio do uso de recursos audiovisuais. Conclui-se que as redes sociais fortalecem a aprendizagem universitária quando integradas a uma intencionalidade pedagógica, à mediação docente e ao alinhamento curricular, e quando atuam como espaços de interação e construção colaborativa do conhecimento. Contudo, sua eficácia depende de condições didáticas e éticas claramente definidas, uma vez que seu uso informal ou não planejado pode limitar seu impacto formativo.
