Learning centered on self-employment

The proposal presented in this article regards self-employment as a management process that can influence professional training and underscores the need to change the way the contemporary education process is run. The expert criteria method was applied to validate the proposal, along with awareness workshops and experience laboratories, participant observations and surveys to collect information. All of these activities confirmed that self-employment is a relevant alternative for such purposes, by mobilizing educators in terms of developmental learning for college students.
