The aim of this document is to develop a new vision of the entrepreneurial strategy whose purpose is to highlight the importance of the learning processes within the business organization, with the development of an individual insight of the organization that will turn into a greater advantage to face competitors. The development of this strategy is impossible without the active, voluntary and decisive participation of the people in the entrepreneurial surroundings and without their learning from daily experiences. These experiences will enable them to create individual knowledge which stems from collective knowledge, aimed at the creation of a sustainable competitive advantage in the business organization.
At the beginning of the XXI century, the premonitions developed during the 90´s are being confirmed. We are facing growingly complex challenges to be competitive in a more demanding commercial environment, where our customers are filled with all sorts of offers of excellent quality products and services at very attractive prices. The only way to face our competitors is to offer our customers something better, and this is not possible without the active involvement of all the company's human structure. Due to these requirements - many of which are unedited- the people working in business organizations must face completely unknown situations and this forces them to investigate the new factors that govern demand, to understand them, to learn how to manage them and to develop innovative solutions that equip them with tools to surpass competitors.
