Nowadays, a lot is heard about the autonomy or legality which is typical of culture and of cultural affairs. The laws which are typical of politics and of the economy have become a topic, even though the concept of legality is far from being clear. This is our first task regarding how to deal with this matter: "Does a legality which is typical for Pedagogy exist?" The question intends to clearly recognize in what sense it is appropriate to talk in a general sense of typical legality, i. e. to clarify what is understood as such in an intelligent, practical way. Next, we will show the fallacy and ambiguity of this concept in the way it is used and, above all, up to what extent two things which are completely different are unitarily understood as typical legality.
