Uso da IA na geração e avaliação de questões de prova em cursos de graduação em linguística inglesa

Este estudo explora a aplicação da inteligência artificial (IA) na geração e avaliação de questões de prova em cursos universitários de linguística inglesa. Mais especificamente, compara o desempenho dos modelos ChatGPT e DeepSeek na elaboração de questões equilibradas, coerentes e diversificadas, bem como na avaliação de respostas discursivas. Utilizando uma abordagem metodológica mista, que inclui análise quantitativa do conteúdo gerado por IA e comparação com avaliação humana, o estudo identifica principais vantagens relacionadas à eficiência, objetividade e adaptabilidade, além de desafios como limitações na compreensão contextual e dificuldades na avaliação de respostas criativas. Os resultados indicam que, embora a IA possa apoiar significativamente os processos avaliativos, sua implementação bem-sucedida requer ajustes criteriosos, supervisão contínua e considerações éticas. O estudo conclui com recomendações práticas para que educadores otimizem o uso de ferramentas avaliativas baseadas em IA, a fim de manter os padrões acadêmicos e melhorar o desempenho estudantil.
